As a Mobile Wound Care Nurse, you’ll deliver advanced wound care directly in patients’ homes—helping them heal, regain independence, and improve their quality of life.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced wound care therapies, including low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound (MIST)
  • Travel locally to patients’ homes while following strict safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on wound care and recovery
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Grow professionally through ongoing training and advancement opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice

Skills & Attributes

  • Passion for wound care and patient-focused healthcare
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Estimated hourly earnings: $35 - $39 per hour
    • Based on 25–50 completed visits per week and 40–45 hours worked
    • Actual earnings vary by visit volume, route density, and hours worked
  • Pay details:
    • W-2 hourly pay for all hours worked (patient care, charting, and travel time between patients)
    • Points: $25 per point (Points are assigned based on visit complexity and travel burden)
    • Overtime paid per federal and state law
    • Mileage reimbursement for business travel between patient locations

Hourly rate is set to meet all applicable state wage requirements and provided in the written offer
