Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage production lines within an automotive setting

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, coach, and direct team leaders and laborers to achieve production volume, cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Manage departmental performance measures and provide regular progress reports
• Plan and manage headcount for absences, holidays, training, and workshops
• Complete daily Attendance Register and ADP data entry tasks
• Conduct standardized work audits and ensure adherence to Standardized Work within the team
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices
• Encourage continuous improvement, promoting a safe work environment
• Conduct disciplinary, return-to-work, and performance evaluation interviews

Essential Skills

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills in a production environment
• Experience in automotive production and union environments
• Knowledge of production management, safety standards, and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and process improvement

This is a Permanent position based out of Detroit, MI.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Detroit,MI.
