Coaching, training and mentoring associates on 3rd shift
Overseeing shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
Developing operational procedures
Maintaining warehouse equipment
Improving warehouse layouts
Leading 5S
Ensuring safety
Supporting cycle count
Ensuring 100% on-time deliveryTo be considered for the Warehouse Manager you must have:
Ability to work 3rd shift
At least 5 years of previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, and/or distribution supervision experience
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Proficient with Excel
A degree is preferred but not required
