Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance.
• Manage resources and capacity to meet production demands and customer expectations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower team members to identify and solve problems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• - Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing value streams.
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, or AI/ML applications.
• - Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and interdependencies beyond the immediate value stream.
• - Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and levels.
