Physician Assistant - Independent Primary Care Clinic in Grand Rapids
A well-established, reputable Family Medicine Practice in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their collaborative care team. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, the practice emphasizes comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, and high-quality care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday , 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Closed daily for lunch from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
- No weekends or evening hours
- 100% outpatient primary care – no hospital rounds
- Treat patients of all ages – full-spectrum family medicine
- Work closely with two primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers
- Physician-owned, independent practice with a strong, supportive culture
- Salary based on experience
