Day-to-day responsibilities

• Operate a range of equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Assist experienced machinists with troubleshooting and resolving machining challenges.
• Keep your work area clean and organized while following safety standards.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to elevate your skills and knowledge.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (technical machining coursework is a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
• Basic familiarity with machining tools and processes is helpful but not required.
