Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and update quality control procedures and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements.
• Proven proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and utilize precision measurement equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience as an internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace).
