Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation and availability of critical manufacturing IT/OT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, production line control systems).
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and end-user devices across factory floors and office environments.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, data analytics platforms) to enhance production efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT and OT issues impacting production operations.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships and contract negotiations for manufacturing-specific software, hardware, and services.
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and internal operational standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and strategic planning in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Expertise with manufacturing-specific IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), MES, SCADA, and PLC integration.
• Strong project management skills for implementing and upgrading enterprise and operational technology (OT) solutions.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence and industrial cybersecurity best practices.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and how IT solutions drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to build and manage high-performing IT teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP modules specific to production.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with IoT deployments or data analytics for production optimization.
