Join our seasonal crew! We’re looking for dependable Holiday Specialists who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor setups, and being part of the team that spreads holiday cheer!

Job Summary: This role is responsible for the production and installation of holiday displays, including warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to holiday designs production and schedules, including nights and weekends when required
• Follow the design instructions and schedule outlined by the holiday supervisor/managers
• Ensure lights are in good working order in all holiday decor
• Decorate trees, garland, wreaths, etc., according to design outline
• Receive inventory and label/organize within the warehouse
• Work in a safe, clean, and organized fashion
• Moving holiday product, standing for long periods of time, bending, and lifting
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• Conduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with the safety policies of the company and other government regulatory agencies
• Ensure that written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available to include any potential health and safety risk in site-specific areas
• Attend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessions
• Ability to work inside and outside the warehouse, dependent on business needs

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience driving a box truck preferred
• Prior experience not required, 0-2 years of experience in holiday design or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills

• The ability to work independently and follow directions
• Strong time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
