Shipping/ Receiving Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Handle shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing slips, shipping orders, etc.)
• Package items for shipment or storage
• Send purchase orders to vendors through our ERP system.
• Communicate with vendors about deliveries and scheduling.
• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and possible damage.
• Deliver materials to different departments using a forklift, hand truck, or by hand.
• Keep materials organized, labeled, and routed to the right places.
• Process material receipts and shipping info using a PC or handheld scanner.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workspace

Shipping/ Receiving Associate Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage documents, scan barcodes, and follow standard procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably twist, bend, reach, and stand throughout the day

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
