Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Manage team scheduling, performance, and training

• Build strong client relationships and respond to needs

Requirements

• Supervisory/leadership experience (janitorial/custodial a plus)

• Valid Michigan driver’s license

• Strong communication and people management skills

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred

• Must pass drug screen, background check, and references
