Qualifications:

• Active Michigan real estate license required and/or willingness to obtain broker's license
• Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or brokerage support
• Strong track record of production and knowledge of local real estate market
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop agents at different career stages
• Organized and resourceful with a focus on long term growth
