- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Changing linens and maintaining a clean environment
- Monitoring and documenting client condition and activities
- Taking and recording vital signs when appropriate
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Following individualized care plans under nursing supervision
- Current CNA certification preferred (where applicable)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility needs
- Ability to pass background screening and hiring requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
