The Tier 2 (Ford Dealer) Business Manager role is a critical role within the Business Management Team responsible for partnering with producers and project managers to manage the financial and administrative details that occur throughout the entire production process. The Business Manager interacts with project managers, account management, and other agency departments, when necessary, as well as Suppliers to determine and execute best procurement practices. WPP Production services 37 regions across the U.S. within the Tier 2 (Ford Dealer) retail business

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue all purchase orders for Tier 2 Retail for video, sponsorships, events, print, digital media, branded merchandise, with a quick-turn retail pace.
• Assist in the legal sow (scope of work)/contract process to ensure compliance as well as other compliance guidelines for Tier 2 work.
• Manage vendor communication as needed.
• Oversee the new vendor setup process
• Ensure invoices are processed and paid on time as well as and support any urgent last-minute payments when necessary.
• Trouble shoot financial issues as needed.
• Cross Train with all Production Business Managers to develop procurement knowledge and skills.
• Execute job close.

Requirements:

• Relevant agency business management/buying experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing activity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with internal teams and co-workers at all levels as well as with Vendors.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range as listed below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. US Pay Range

$45,000—$100,000 USD
