Seasonal Snow Shoveler
Join a dedicated team providing essential snow and ice management services for the 2025-2026 Winter season. As a Seasonal Snow Shoveler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of client properties during winter weather. This position offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a supportive crew, with all necessary equipment provided. The company is committed to high service standards and values reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in its team members.
Responsibilities
- Clear snow from walkways, driveways, and other designated areas using company-provided equipment
- Apply salt or de-icing materials as required to ensure safe conditions
- Deliver high-quality work to consistently meet client expectations
- Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions
- Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond promptly to snow events
Qualifications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in cold and snowy conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to maintain high service standards
Compensation
Shovel crew members will receive a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour .
