Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing ones.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and implement process changes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
• Strong understanding of process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process control systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II)
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP (e.g., SAP) integration
• Familiarity with PLC programming or industrial automation systems
