Product Quality Assurance Technician

Our team in Grand Rapids, MI is committed to building products that meet rigorous standards. As a Product Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be the guardian at each gate—materials receipt, in-process inspection, and final release—ensuring what we deliver is consistently excellent.
Your Impact
- Verify quality at three key stages: incoming goods, production checkpoints, and final product approval.
- Apply measurement and test equipment to confirm compliance with drawings and specs.
- Maintain comprehensive inspection records that support audits and reporting.
- Detect defects and nonconformances quickly and communicate them to production teams.
- Contribute ideas and actions for quality improvements and preventive controls.
- Participate in scheduled quality audits and drive continuous improvement.
- Reinforce safe work practices and strict quality procedures during all inspections.
What Sets You Up for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional QA credentials are a plus.
- Prior experience in inspection or related quality roles.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with quality systems, standards, and methodologies.
- Fluency in reading technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Skilled with common measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
