Wood Framing Foreman – Commercial Construction
Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits
We are hiring an experienced Wood Framing Foreman to lead framing crews on commercial construction projects. This is a working foreman position — you will lead the crew while actively performing framing work.
If you have strong leadership skills, can read plans, and know how to keep production moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead wood framing crew on commercial job sites
- Perform layout and framing of walls, floors, and roof systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Coordinate daily tasks to maintain production schedules
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- Minimum 2 years in a foreman or lead role preferred
- Strong knowledge of wood framing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layout independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
