Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 base + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits

We represent a leading commercial roofing and building envelope contractor seeking an Estimator for their Grand Rapids operations. Projects range from $20K to multi-million-dollar scopes across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

What You’ll Do

• Review drawings/specs, perform takeoffs, prepare estimates

• Conduct site visits/roof walks

• Solicit, analyze & negotiate vendor/sub quotes

• Build competitive proposals with clear scope & VE options

• Support smooth handoff to PMs/operations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Mod Bit, coatings, sheet metal

• Skilled with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel

• Organized, detail-driven, strong communicator
