Valet Overnighter (Sunday-Thursday)

**Job Title: Valet Overnighter (Wednesday - Saturday)**

**Location:** Grand Rapids
**Reports To:** Valet Manager/Supervisor
**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Sunday-Thursday)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Valet Overnighter to join our team at Ellis Parking. This position is crucial to providing an exceptional guest experience during late-night and early-morning hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle retrieval and parking, and ensuring the safety and security of vehicles while offering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon departure.
- Efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles using a system that ensures safety and efficiency.
- Manage a smooth flow of vehicle traffic and ensure all vehicles are parked in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after parking to document any pre-existing damages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures to handle any incidents or emergencies that may arise.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with 2points or less on driving record
- Previous experience on third shift preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly during late-night hours.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

**Working Conditions:**

- This position requires working indoors.
- The work schedule includes late-night hours, specifically Wednesday through Saturday.
