This position will act as a senior developer in a hybrid
waterfall/agile environment on a small development team to write and test code
to implement the user stories and requirements for the Long Term Care
Reimbursement project. This position will be responsible for the following: <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Large projects involving the Bureau of Audit's (BOA)
  Long Term Care Reimbursement (LTCR) and Office of Audit (OA) divisions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Following SUITE processes to ensure required rules and
  regulations are implemented and maintained to meet the growing
  complexities associated with the Federal Medicaid programs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Project analysis, estimation, application design,
  coding, compiling, testing, debugging, and implementing applications
  across multiple technologies. A resource filling this position must have
  deep and broad knowledge of the inner workings of, as well as the business
  use of, the applications supporting the business processes of the Long
  Term Care Reimbursement (LTCR) and Office of Audit (OA) divisions within
  the MDHHS Bureau of Audit. A resource filling this position must have at
  least 5 recent years' experience working with Angular, C# .Net,
  JavaScript, SSRS, SQL Server, and working in an environment utilizing
  hybrid agile/waterfall project management methodologies. Lead application
  development efforts for large -scale systems within a State of Michigan environment,
  following DTMB SUITE methodology and Agile frameworks. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Design, Develop and maintain applications using C#.Net
  and Angular. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Writing user acceptance test plans, creating required
  test data, and assisting users with running tests. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Participating in requirements gathering session to
  document scoping, definition, analysis, business design, and technical
  design phases <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Coordinating application development and scheduling

    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • 10+ years of advanced experience in SQL and PL/SQL
