Responsibilities- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar activities
- Support billing and payroll processes as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative or office support preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Competitive compensation ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 per week, paid semi-monthly
