Your Mission

Step into the role of a Precision Grinding Technician and propel your career where you will command 48” to 100” Blanchard Grinders. Your precision will be the cornerstone in ensuring microscale accuracy on flat surfaces. Armed with calipers and micrometers, you'll uphold exacting standards as you interpret blueprints to fulfill customer specifications.

A Day in Your Life

• Masterfully set up and maneuver overhead or jib cranes.
• Strategically configure and guide a rotary wheel Blanchard grinder with accuracy.
• Craft operational strategies for the rotary wheel machine with precision.
• Calibrate the machine's intricacies to meet stringent tolerances and finish mandates.
• Deploy scales, micrometers, and indicators to secure setups and scrutinize your work's quality.
• Operate with precision, adhering to part blueprints and grinding directives.
• Utilize magnetic tables and clamps to secure diverse workpieces with expert care.
• Champion process integrity and quality fidelity through judicious use of statistical tools.
• Elevate workspaces and maintain machinery vitality daily.
• Adapt to dynamic needs, taking on assignments as commanded.

Your Qualifications
