You are familiar with our patient population: adolescents and transitional aged youth with Medicaid who have recently been discharged after a psychiatric hospitalization.

- Support therapists in focusing on high quality therapy and documentation while leveraging guide team for care coordination and case management work
- Support therapists in using the relationship they have with their patient to help the patient engage with the rest of the integrated care team to receive the full integrated intervention

- Supervise care during crisis escalations
- Lead therapy group consultation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the team leads for psychiatry, family guides and patient guides to optimize integrated team functioning

- People Management:
- Set expectations clearly to ensure a high functioning therapy team that meets productivity expectations and feels integrated in the company culture
- Anticipate and meet direct reports’ needs so they can fulfill their role expectations with high performance and high personal sustainability
- Leverage direct reports’ strengths and give them praise for growth attempts and successes
- Identify direct reports’ areas of growth and provide coaching with clear feedback
- Change Management:
- Startups have changes all the time, sometimes weekly, and this role is for a team leader who will be responsible for the change manage of their team
