Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize carrying costs.
• Develop and implement robust material planning strategies, including forecasting and scheduling.
• Oversee warehouse operations, material handling, and storage efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material management processes and systems.
• Utilize and optimize MRP/ERP systems for accurate material planning and control.
• Manage and develop the materials team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for inventory control, planning, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, production planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with global sourcing and international logistics management
