Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Physical Therapist license/certification in Michigan (MI)
• Home Health Care (1+ years)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) license/certification
• At least 20% of your day will be spent driving to/from patient locations. Are you comfortable with this amount of road travel? (yes)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) (1+ years)
