Hope for Flowers is a Detroit-based luxury women’s clothing brand founded by Tracy Reese. We are growing our production team to produce samples and garments in-house. Hope for Flowers is designed for women who are inspired by beauty and also desire to use their power as consumers to be agents for positive change in the world. Marketing Manager Job description
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content across social platforms (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Analyze social media metrics to inform future planning
- Communicate product updates and other news with email subscribers
- Website management, including design, product uploads, and blog posts Analyze website performance and sales, implementing new ideas to increase metrics
- Manage DTC sales, shipping and customer service
- Manage wholesale shipping and customer service
- Monitor and garner press for the brand and designer
- Coordinate and execute photo shoots for new collections
- Determine influencer strategies and manage campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, e-commerce, design tools and applications
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Working knowledge of Shopify platform
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
