Level 1 Support role in a Manufacturing Plant

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- 1-3 years of helpdesk experience

- ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system experience

- Troubleshooting h/w, s/w, applications

- Windows environment

- Great customer service skills

Qualifications

Onsite 5 days a week. Flexible with weekend and shift work

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Detroit,MI.
