Join Our Professional Cannabis Grow Team
📍 Flint, Michigan
💼 Full-Time | 40–50 hrs/week💰 Starting at $15.00/hr What You'll Do
🔧 Follow daily cultivation tasks (feeding, cloning, pruning)
📋 Keep accurate records (logs, maps, METRC tracking)
🌿 Monitor plant health & apply treatments as needed
🤝 Collaborate with a tight-knit, hardworking team
✅ Follow SOPs and stay in full regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For

✔️ Attention to detail & pride in quality work
🧠 Experience in cultivation or related fields = a big plus! Physical Requirements
🏋️♂️ Lift up to 60 lbs
