Customer Service Representative
- Customer Advocacy & Relations: Maintain world-class relationships by managing inquiries related to sales, promotions, and installations.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring full compliance with consumer laws.
- Proactive Education: Design and implement initiatives to inform and educate our customer base before they even have to ask.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze customer survey results to develop and execute actionable improvement plans.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Experience-Backed Knowledge: You have acquired specialized knowledge through relevant work experience, vocational training, or targeted education.
- Process-Oriented: You thrive in environments with clearly defined procedures and tasks.
- Decision-Making: You can work confidently within established guidelines to make fair and effective decisions for the customer.

education: High School Responsibilities Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
