Customer Service Representative

The Role at a Glance In this position, you will be the bridge between our services and our customers. You’ll handle everything from supporting sales promotions and installations to resolving complex claims. This isn't just about answering phones; it’s about developing organization-wide initiatives to educate our users and improve our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Advocacy & Relations: Maintain world-class relationships by managing inquiries related to sales, promotions, and installations.

• Conflict Resolution: Resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring full compliance with consumer laws.

• Proactive Education: Design and implement initiatives to inform and educate our customer base before they even have to ask.

• Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze customer survey results to develop and execute actionable improvement plans.

• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience-Backed Knowledge: You have acquired specialized knowledge through relevant work experience, vocational training, or targeted education.

• Process-Oriented: You thrive in environments with clearly defined procedures and tasks.

• Decision-Making: You can work confidently within established guidelines to make fair and effective decisions for the customer.

• Compliance Awareness: A foundational understanding of consumer rights and laws is highly valued.

salary: $15 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
