Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage complex customer orders, including custom specifications and large-volume requests.
• Provide accurate product information, technical specifications, and availability details to customers.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding product quality, delivery, and discrepancies.
• Handle return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and process warranty claims for manufactured goods.
• Proactively communicate order status, production lead times, and potential delays to customers.
• Maintain precise customer records and order data within the company's ERP system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management and tracking.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain logistics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to orders, shipments, or product inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for conveying technical product information.
