SALES REPRESENTATIVE
1-800 Hansons LLC seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow residential exterior remodeling sales. In this field-based role, you'll run in-home appointments with qualified leads, assess homeowner needs, and recommend windows, roofing, siding, gutter guards, and insulation solutions. Using a consultative, customer-first approach, you'll present options, pricing, and financing, then close projects that improve comfort and home value. You'll receive training, performance-based pay, and advancement potential in a fast-growing, team-oriented, construction-focused sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers for windows, roofing, siding, gutter guards, and insulation
- Assess homeowner needs and propose energy-efficient, value-driven solutions
- Present product options, pricing, and financing in a clear, professional manner
- Follow up on company-generated leads and manage personal sales pipeline in CRMMeet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain strong product and industry knowledge, including training participation
- Represent 1-800 Hansons LLC with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
