Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Windchill Solutions Consultant with a strong understanding of both the technical components and the business processes that PLM tools support. Ideal candidates bring deep Windchill experience and solid Java programming skills .

You’ll work within a collaborative and global team to deliver high-quality technical solutions using Agile practices that align with cross-functional business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and support Windchill solutions to resolve business issues or improve processes

· Develop system requirements and identify solution alternatives

· Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a technical consultant

· Support supplier collaboration via Windchill ProjectLink and SUMA

· Contribute to PLM initiatives including MPMLink, Process Plans, SAP S/4 to Windchill migration, and more

Required Skills & Experience:

·5+ years of Windchill experience , including:

o Workflow Design, Access Control Policies, Object Initialization Rules, Lifecycle Definitions

o SUMA and ProjectLink implementation

o CAD Data Management, Parts Classification, Vaulting, Replication, Queue Management

· Solid Java programming experience

· Strong understanding of PLM business processes

· Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems (SAP ECC or SAP S/4)

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

· Familiarity with:

o PTC Tools: Windchill, Creo, ThingWorx

o Programming: Java, JavaScript, SQL

o Tools: MS Office Suite, Azure DevOps
