Join the City of Novi as a Mechanical Inspector
Salary: $80,017.63 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

In this role, you'll perform inspections and plan reviews of mechanical-and plumbing, if qualified-installations to ensure compliance with building codes, ordinances, and regulations. You'll work directly with contractors, builders, and residents to make sure every project meets the high standards that Novi is known for.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Minimum 10 years of field experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain State of Michigan Mechanical Inspector and Plan Reviewer credentials per Act 407
- Plumbing credentials preferred
