A start up National QSR Franchisor Group looking for a Franchise Director of Restaurant Operations . This F ranchise Director of Restaurant Operations must be very hands-on and ready to build, test, and refine processes from the ground up. They will own store performance, operational execution, and franchise readiness and be responsible for

• Full P&L ownership for each location
• Implementing and enforcing SOPs for cleanliness, waste tracking, labor, and inventory
• Building and refining operational systems from scratch based on real-world results
• Training GMs and shift leaders with structured coaching methods
• Leading operational readiness for franchise launch and ongoing support
• Data-driven decision-making mindset
• Flexible and resourceful in a startup environment
• Able to adapt quickly and lead through constant change
• Experience in or aptitude for franchise systems and readiness

* Franchise Director of Restaurant Operations Salary $90k - $105k based on experience, plus qtrly and year end bonus
