Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and control plans.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced process simulation or data analysis software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, Python, R)
• Experience with PLC programming or SCADA systems
• Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, IATF 16949)
