Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and consultation for company products and solutions to customers and sales teams.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to design and recommend optimal application solutions.
• Develop, test, and validate application programs and configurations for specific customer manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and integration within manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, process engineering, or technical support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer interaction and product demonstrations.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software or industrial automation platforms (e.g., CAD, CAM, PLCs).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industry best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or customization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Direct experience with industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for manufacturing insights.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales technical support role.
