Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability for production while minimizing holding costs and waste.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure efficient material flow.
• Collaborate with production planning to synchronize material supply with manufacturing schedules and demand forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and market volatility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills for vendor management and team leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and circular economy principles
