Customer Service/Call Center (1st Shift; $19-$24/hr)

Express is hiring customer service/call center associates. This position requires a candidate with the ability to take on a variety of tasks with high attention to detail while providing great customer service.
Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay: $19-$22/hr
Position Type: Contract to Hire; Some remote work is acceptable after training.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling of customers to update their profile information.
- Professionally handle a high volume of complex inbound/outbound calls.
- Discuss products, services, and ensure a textbook customer experience.
- Build relationships and trust with clients, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term solutions.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ yrs of customer service and/or administrative work.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records, preferred.
- Experience in an environment w/ a high call volume, preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
