Job Description
The Armed Security Officer ensures a safe and compliant environment within the dispensary. Officers maintain order, protect staff and customers, and safeguard cash and cannabis products in accordance with Michigan laws and company policies. Detroit and Monroe areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible armed presence and deter unlawful activity.
- Monitor cameras and control access to restricted areas.
- Escort cash and cannabis transfers safely.
- Patrol interior and exterior areas regularly.
- Respond to incidents and write detailed reports.
- Communicate with management and law enforcement as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with valid CPL and firearm registration.
- Prior armed security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Professional appearance, reliable, and alert at all times.
- Pass background check and drug screening
