In addition to traditional wealth management responsibilities, this role assists with the acquisition and disposition of complex assets such as real estate, aircraft, and marine vessels. The position balances client-facing interaction with detailed analytical and financial oversight responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and develop recommendations for wealth management meetings, including creation of client presentation materials
• Prepare and review financial accounting reports, including statements of net worth, client budgets, and cash flow projections; ensure accuracy and identify budget variances
• Support charitable giving initiatives as directed
• Review and approve client receipts and disbursements in accordance with established policies
• Monitor and manage cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for lifestyle and capital expenditures
• Assist with asset acquisitions, including budgeting, ownership structuring, and financial modeling
• Support tax compliance processes by collecting, organizing, and reviewing relevant documentation
• Oversee general ledger activity to ensure accurate categorization of assets, liabilities, and expenses
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Lifestyle & Concierge, and Tax teams to ensure timely completion of client initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with external advisors and professional partners as directed
• Support client insurance programs (automobile, property, liability) and facilitate asset appraisals to ensure adequate coverage
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding client and office matters
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals or family entities (trusts, partnerships, LLCs, etc.)
• Experience in tax or audit strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and presentation development

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Eligible employees may participate in a hybrid work arrangement of up to two remote days per week after 90 days of employment.

Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend hours may be required to meet client needs or deadlines.
