What You’ll Do

Each shift, you’ll support our metals processing operations by tackling both proactive maintenance and urgent troubleshooting:

• Perform new equipment installations; handle replacement and repair work from layout through final checks
• Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic issues
• Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service plant systems, including recording/control systems
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and applicable codes to plan work procedures
• Assemble and wire component parts; conduct and document tests such as temperature and combustion surveys
• Work from elevated positions; erect and remove ladders and scaffolding safely
• Operate required mobile and material handling equipment/vehicles
• Maintain records and logs (maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records)
• Follow all safety rules and company policies; meet all Monthly Safety Leading Indicator Requirements as spelled out in the Rewards and Recognition Program

About You

• Excellent attendance, dependable, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude; eager to learn and apply new skills
• Strong work ethic; able to operate power equipment
• Effective communicator (written and verbal); respectful and team-oriented
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
• PLC experience is a plus; foundry experience is a plus
