NSIS is looking for self-motivated, charismatic Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer hourly pay plus commission for every single sale you close, alongside additional bonuses. We will provide amazing branded leads and established partnerships, investing in your future to achieve a six-figure income.

Compensation & Bonus

• Hourly guaranteed base pay
• Monthly Sales Commission Tiers:
• $0.00 - 1,999.99 earns 75% of 1st month's premium
• $2,00.00 - 2,299.99 earns 125% of 1st month's premium
• $3,00.00- 3,3999.99 earns 145% of 1st month's premium
• $4,00 Plus earns 165% of 1st month's premium

Monthly Bonus potential :

• $1,500 to $6,600 Plus

Annual Range pay:

• 50,00 to 150,000

Top Performer:

• $145,00.00

Your Daily Task

• Handle inbound live transfer branded leads only - no need to cold call!
• Sell life insurance over the phone to seniors from 50-85
• Proven scripts, systems, and training programs
• Deliver a high-level customer service and continuously close sales.

Requirements:

• Active Life Insurance
• Unlicensed , we will assist in obtaining licensing
• Strong communication skills, and a coachable, growth-oriented mindset
• Preferably, experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is always a plus!
• Must be able to work on-site in Mount Clements, MI
