Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing ones.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with process design, P&IDs, and equipment specification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and quality systems (e.g., GMP, ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or process simulation software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience
