Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Overview:
As the Part-Time Assistant to the Owner, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of the business. You will handle general office duties and help oversee as well as work on a variety of projects. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to approach challenges with an ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and office tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, document preparation, light bookkeeping and email correspondence
- Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing company projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Communicate effectively with the back of house to ensure smooth workflow.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and order office and production supplies as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions
- Act as a key support resource for the owner by anticipating needs and managing follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration, project coordination, or similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general tech literacy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think critically
- Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Must be adaptable and comfortable working alone and
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with Sage 100 software
