Verantwoordelijkheden
Gegevensanalyse & Ordermanagement
- Ondersteunen van het volledige orderproces en zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen.
- Coördineren van het leveringsproces voor de Benelux, inclusief planning en maandelijkse forecasts.
- Bijdragen aan nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van data binnen het team.
- Analyseren van verkoopgegevens om de orderinzet te optimaliseren op basis van de maandelijkse doelstellingen.
Betalingscoördinatie
- Samenwerken met het finance team voor facturatie en opvolging van debiteuren.
- Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van betalingskwesties rondom orders.
- Assisteren bij de verwerking van betalingen in retail.
Communicatie met klanten & stakeholders
- Onderhouden van contact met externe klanten om duurzame relaties op te bouwen en hun behoeften te begrijpen.
- Het Benelux-team voorzien van datagedreven inzichten ter ondersteuning van zakelijke beslissingen.
Kwalificaties
- Een achtergrond in Bedrijfskunde en momenteel ingeschreven voor een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding.
- Beschikbaar om een tripartiete overeenkomst te sluiten (student–school–bedrijf).
- Goede beheersing van het Engels; kennis van het Nederlands is een pré.
- Minimaal vier dagen per week beschikbaar.
