About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Therapist (LPC/LCSW), you will deliver personalized, client-centered care to address diverse mental health needs. By leveraging your expertise and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, you'll help clients navigate life's challenges, improve mental health outcomes, and foster resilience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy with compassion and professionalism.
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
Ensure adherence to ethical and professional guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with medical professionals, mental health practitioners, and community resources to provide holistic support.
Participate in regular training and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
Stay current with advancements in mental health counseling to integrate innovative practices.
Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.

What We're Looking For
Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPC or LCSW licensure in Michigan.
Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred, with proficiency in therapeutic techniques like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems (preferred).
Commitment to cultural competence and working with diverse populations.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
