Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems with production systems.
• Execute timely repairs, overhauls, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot new industrial machinery and automation.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment failures.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in basic welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
