We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing payroll while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits, while also adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Answering employee questions about payroll, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance on pay-related issues.
- Preparing reports for management and audits.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Perform general accounting tasks related to payroll administration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
