We are seeking a personable and professional Host/Hostess to be the first and lasting impression of our restaurant, welcoming every guest with genuine warmth and grace.

Position Summary

As a Host/Hostess , you set the tone for the guest experience. You’ll warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage reservations and seating flow, and ensure that service runs smoothly and efficiently. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help create a memorable and seamless dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant’s booking system.
  
• Communicate seating flow and guest updates with the service and management teams.
  
• Provide menus, inform guests of specials, and ensure prompt attention from the service team.
  
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting host stand and entry area.
  
• Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and confirm reservations.
  
• Anticipate guest needs and assist in creating a comfortable and upscale atmosphere.
  
• Support front-of-house operations as needed, including assisting with guest departures or special events.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to teamwork.
  
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
